Welcome to the website of the Nutritional Neuroscience Laboratory

The Nutritional Neuroscience lab studies the neural correlates of taste, satiety and (unhealthy) food choice, gut-brain interactions, effects of personality characteristics on food-induced brain responses and functional neuroimaging in anorexia nervosa. Kickoff Nudge-It

From 12 till 14 January, the kick-off of the Nudge-It project took place in Edinburgh, UK. Nudge-It is a European collaborative project with partners from Sweden, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Denmark.  

The kick-off meeting took place in the beautiful town of Edinburgh. All project partners presented their research plans for the coming years. Paul Smeets and Nynke van der Laan from the Nutritional Neuroscience Lab are involved in the project. For more information about the project, visit the Nudge-It website, or our research pages.
